Yes, the problem with findchips (or Google searches) for chips that are old, rare, unusual or unavailable from Digikey, Mouser and the big distys is that it turns up all the hucksters and chancers who usually have large MOQ per line item, and they never state prices up front (presumably so they can screw you as much as possible). EBAY is often quite good for electronic oddities. M
