Hi,
I'm looking for informations about a monochrome LCD screen I've found in a old laptop. This is a Toshiba screen marked as 'TLX-1631-C3B'.
I'd like to use it but so far I was unable to find any information about it.
It has a 22-pin connector. On the back of the screen are two rows of eight T7778A chips, plus three T7900 chips.
I could not even find a datasheet for any of these chips...
If you can help me...
