I have a smd transistor but i can't find any datasheet.
I't a little bit bigger than normal SMD transistor.
It is marked N1 Y2 (on another MB there is an equivalent marked A016).
It is near the ATX connector of a PC mainboard.
Can it be a N-ch mosfet 0.3A 20V? Can you suggest a substitute?
Thank you in advance.
