Which vendors besides TI, ADI and Maxim manufatures high speed (>250Msamples, min.14bit) DACs ?

If you can go down to 12 bits, Teledyne have some high speed DACs

Blimey ! RDA012, "ECL Inputs". Is this common ? I didn't think anybody did new parts in ECL.
