We have a Blackfin based board (dspblok 527) with high speed USB-On-The-Go. This interface can operate as a host. We also have a companion board that has
4 ADC inputs (and 4 DACs) with sample rates up to 200k.Email me if this solution might fit your needs.

Do you have a link to a data sheet that I can look at?

The I/O board is brand new and is not yet on our web site. We don't have a datasheet or user manual yet either. It supports Ethernet, USB, RS-232 or RS422/485 and has a pair of AKM AK4620A codecs. The board is 120 x 75mm and fits a Hammond 1455 box.
I can send you a picture if you like.

The LPC314x should pretty much be exactly what you are looking for. It is an ARM9 with USB-OTG HS and it has an ADC with 4 channels. It is also rather low cost and pretty fast for an ARM9.
Check it out
