Please let me know the PSpice probe data file format. I guess that the .dat file (generated by probe) is by default a binary (i.e., non-ASCII) but what is the exact data format for it.

I believe it's proprietary, but you could ask Cadence/OrCAD.
If you want a manipulatable file type, choose "CSDF" in the setups. It's ASCII.

It might be available, but I don't see it right away in my files. Your best bet would be going through EMA-EDA, but don't be surprised if they say no. the CSDF format is there for human parsable outputs if you need them.
