Could some CAD guru please help. I am trying to locate the physical dimensions for the TPIC6263DW IC. The details I am looking for are inter-pin spacing, and overall IC length and width. I need these to re-design a board. Any pointers as to where I can get such data would be of immense help. Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you try googling for "TPIC6273DW datasheet?
The TI datasheet indicates that the DW package is a standard 20 pin SOIC.

I have downloaded the datasheet from TI, and have since been hunting around for physical dimensions of the DW package type. No luck.
The datasheet I downloaded from TI shows the dimensioned package drawing on page 13. The pins are on .050" centers.
I would expect your CAD program's footprint library to include SOIC-20, as it is a very common package.

Thank you very much. The datasheet I had downloaded was only 9 pages long, and so physical dimension data was missing.
