Then it can be easily zipped or Rar'd up with a password. No problem. Public key encryption is far more than what is needed for such things.

Winzip, and winrar are just two of the very SIMPLE methods with which one can encrypt ANY file. The key can be given in a number of ways, including by way of phone conversation.

A lot of people and researcher would disagree with that. Also, there doesn't have to be smoke. I have lived in Europe and over there only the old Russian trucks smoked, usually only when crawling up a grade.

That'll work as well. It comes down to one's needs when sending data. The above process is typically used to secure data as well as much as to provide authenticity. If securing the data isn't required, a separate signed certificate will do just as well.

No. Scientists are where that FACT comes from. A diesel has more solid particulate (black stuff, not smoke, which fall, not rises), but they actually pollute the atmosphere (the stuff that rises) less.

A diesel "smokes" when the mix is rich. Most of that is solid particulate though, the part that falls. The part that rises is less polluting than gas engine products. Period.

Diesel soot particles have been implicated in asthma in children, and are known to be carcinogenic... fortunately, they are easily prevented.

That is the nice thing about the new computer controlled diesels: The computer never lets the engine enter a condition where it will be too rich to completely burn all of the fuel. That combined with the catalytic converter makes the output even cleaner than the conventional automobile IC engine.

Very good. I'll bet you won first prize in your new-diesel-owner orientation class.

Period.

If you want to know all about signing contracts, then I suggest you take a look at the movie "Ghost Rider". The movie explains how the good guys are willing to let you out of a bad deal, but the devils own henchmen will try to keep you committed to a deal that is no longer in your best interest.

I do not own a diesel. I did at one time. It was a 40 MPG VW Jetta.

That doesn't change my position about how little you know about it.
