i created a simple circuir with Q2N2222, intended to bias base at 2V. Ie Ic is about 0.5mA.
what I got from simulation is:

I guess N_0001 is Vb? how come it is E-27?

(1) Your top posting is getting annoying.
(2) You have no power, "+5v" is being interpreted as a NODE name.
(3) V_V2 has all values set to ZERO
(4) It looks like you're using PSpice? I'm surprised it isn't spitting out (up ?:-) an error message.
