First time to use spice, was asked to use this BJT, didn't find in library, does this mean I should create such a BJT from pspice?

thanks

"this BJT", which BJT, the dribble ".model Qn NPN (Is=10f Vaf=100 Bf=100)" in the subject line?

So-so for DC, but not much else.

How would YOU go about _creating_ a new one ?:-)

How about surfing the part number and down-loading a proper model?
