Can anyone suggest a type number and source for small signal diodes working well up to say 450 MHz, *not* surface mount. Seem to have drawn a blank at Jaycar, Altronics and even Google!

It's a Schottky type, so very, very fast.
Switches in 100pS, the time it takes light to move 30mm.
