Funnily enough - they taste like Roo. People have been eating Kangaroo and Wallaby here both before and after 'settlement'. Even the major supermarkets have been selling it for years across the country.

A lot of people who find Roo too strong don't mind Wallaby - it's a lot less 'gamey'.
