Owen has been found thanks to someone on the group. Thanks to all the others who helped with leads.

Owen is doing well. He owns a small environmental company specialising in wastewater/sewage treatment and control. Naturally, Owen designed the electronics associated with the monitoring and process control for the system. I don't think he used a 'Bee for this function though :-)
See page 7 (HILL'S VIEW OF AUSTRALIA'S BROAD HORIZON)in this 2004 federal government publication to catch up with some of Owen's exploits after the 'Bee.
