Why don't you paste links here of what you've seen?
'Best' for what? CPU power goes up with the rpi series number. 'A' suffixes indicate fewer 'features' than 'B' suffix, and 'B+' has more than B. You can find comparison charts all over the place.
have you checked anywhere 'NOT Amazon' ?
There are a lot more robot sources out there, if you look hard.

Others exist.
my guess is that if you start with a robot kit you can then add an RPi that's WiFi connected with a camera to do what you want.
