Phillips m # PL0127 C121, RF connector was broken off, & metal plate has shorted components by the tuner! All repaired, now picture has horizontal lines throughout the whole picture! Looks like a bad IC, or cap! Tried another vertical IC, still the same! Ideas? Rono.
