Does anyone have schematics or service manual for Panasonic NV-G45, or maybe knows value and type of C7571 from main board?

Are you in the UK?
If so, this model is covered in Vol 1 in the U-View series of VCR service books. These are held in the reference section of larger public libraries (or could probably be ordered from smaller ones).
