The transistors in that drive the motor in this mobile need replacing, but I can't find them listed anywhere in the UK. Does anyone know where I might get them? They are:
S 8050 and S 9014

They are probably underated anyway, so uprate. The motor needs checking as well or replacing as it will, no doubt, be cheap and nasty and a broken section of the commutator will easily knock out the drivers.
