After making what appears to be a recording on a writable DVD you go to the part of the menu to finish the disc and the menu choices will not high light several operations with one of them being finalize. The customer is using the same writable Sony discs as he always did. Does this sound like a firmware problem or a repairable fault with the machine? Thanks, Lenny
