Sony CPD-E200 monitor is inop. Immediately upon power ON, green indicator blinks approx. once per second. No display whatsoever regardless of whether or not attached to video card. Video card works fine with a second, identical monitor. Owner's Manual troubleshooting section talks to steady green light and blinking orange light but does not even mention the case of a blinking green light. Anyone know what the problem is?
