this TV originally had no power, the H-output and2 power transistors had been changed to repair the power, however now the TV turns on, but the while picture has been shifted up, no retrace.. vert IC output has been changed, along with steering diode, and pump-up capactor, still no change
anyone have any ideas ?
this is more of a bump than anything, I take it nobody has run into this or any ideas ?
I'll bet the eprom has become corrupted. I've only seen it a couple times on Sonys. You need the Sams or factory Sony manual to tell you how to get in the service menu to set centering ect. Keep track of all values and return the settings where they were if this does not fix the problem.
