AVM-27D5 dead, at turn on, the degaussing relay just keeps clicking. All standby voltages are ok, & nothings blown. Unload the 24 volts SMPS secondary, then hook it up, & the set works. Anyone see this, or have a service manual! Dani.

weird problems like this can be down to faulty capacitors on the psu secondary - try changing them. -B
If there aren't any open thermistors or varistors in tte primay AC power supply Then most likely the 24 V secibdary has a leaky filter capacitor or bad zener diode regulator, or possibly a transistor series regualtor,or optoisolator
