No schematics were ever released for Xbox boards.
Maybe you can give me the Mosfet regulator IRF840 voltages and the IC FA3624P (oscillator??) Jomiservice

The PWM controller/regulator appears to be a product of Fuji Electric. The device isn't listed on this page, but datasheets for other devices may give you some clues:
