Does anyone have a schematic for this unit, R620 has burnt up, unit was going into shutdown but resoldering near the power transformer cleared that, then R620 started smoking, output IC doesn't check shorted, thanks

Looks like either D602 or IC 601. I sent a small clip from the schem directly, hope that's OK.
