tv wont turn on green light is on ,no pic or sound model#ms3252s431,chassis#L01-1uac-7638 can anyone help me fix the problem thanks

replace the following: C2455 (47uf 25v) also check, 7460 (HOT) BU

4508DX P/N 934055092127 7461 BC377 -25 P/N 483513048147 7463 BC327-25 P/N 319802043430
