I have purchased 3 different scanners and all three have a yellow tint all over the picture. I have installed the last scanner on another persons computer without any of the same problems. I have called tech support with no solution. It appears to be the PC, but I can't imagine how. I thought it might be the monitor, but the image it prints is also yellow. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Angie
