I have been watching the web on the subject dvd/vhs record/playback unit hoping a solution to my problem would be posted. I have seen the problem mentioned but no explanation of what is happening or repair suggestion.
When I play a dvd or vhs on it, it runs for a few seconds then shuts of. If i turn it back on it ejects the dvd or vhs. Happens repeatedly and the unit is essentially useless.
Any suggestion on how to find the problem and then of course repair it.
