What are the most Common Failures for LCD monitors?? Powers Up but No Signal detected...

Lubbie.

One of the most common failures is the backlight, either the bulb or the inverter.

With your symptom, the cable is commonly defective (or simply loose), usually because the user has moved the lightweight monitor around on the desk often.

A break in the cable would be top of my list.
