Does anyone know whether an Infinity subwoofer BU-120 is the same as their HTS20? Externally they look identical. TIA

Does anyone know whether an Infinity subwoofer BU-120 is the same as their HTS20? Externally they look identical. TIA
The HTS20 is the entire set of surround speakers including a 100 watt sub. The BU-120 is a single 150 watt sub.
