Fujitsu Model # PDS4209U-B, unit comes on, & switches inputs, has a raster, & OSD, but has no video, with VGA input it has a very washed out pix, & can barely be read. I have all the voltages to the in/out video card. Can't locate service info, or tech support around here. Anyone see this type of fault with this model? Thanks, Dani.

These monitors are serviced only at the board level. There is no factory support to service these monitors at the component level. Start by trying out the main video input processor board, and then work through the monitor by trying the others along the process path.
Unfortunately, because you are not an authorized service rep, you will have to purchase the boards to try them. It would be more feasible for you to send the monitor to their factory service rep to have it serviced. If the unit is more than 3 years or out of warranty, it may be a better option to replace the set.
