dvd player gone dead

okay guys first of all hi

i have a problem, i plugged other day my dvd player Tevion DVD-3000 in current and bum, it went dead.. opened the cover and i see this is dead

the safety swithc is dead, 1ohm and than tiny chip.. i cant see what its written, i see only 0322 any help plz?

you have a dead short in the power supply. you will need to replace the chip, asociated diodes, resistors zener diodes , FET etc. this is unlikely to be worth it in terms of expense or time. As far as i know no schematics were produced for low end machines like this. before you bin it, have you tried eserviceinfo.com? :-(
