i never posted anything before but here is my problem my sonic blue dvd/cd/mp3 player dvp853seems dead
no response to power switch no response to remote i checked a fuse on the power supply board and it was fine.

I think it needs to be repaired..... have you done any basic troubleshooting other than checking the fuse? ? If so, post the results of your testing, meter readings and "technical" observations...... or, take it to a service shop for, at the very least, a repair cost estimate so you can make an intelligent repair decision with facts instead of wild internet guesses. electricitym
