Have you any technical qualifications? I can supply the PDF - It's about 40 meg by the way - but if you're not a technical type it's a waste of time and you can do more damage or even hurt yourself. No disrespect either, it's just that lots of people get in over their heads on these.

please specify the size of attachments you can take - most e-mail accounts have limits in the 8-10 meg range.
