You mean the POST logo screen?
Check the BIOS.
Usually hitting the Esc key will get you to the normal post screen, I've found this to be true of many different "brands" of PCs.
Then you should get the blackscreen with "HIT __ TO RUN SETUP. That's where you can permanently disable it. Not really permanent, you can bring it back. Actually permanent until the CMOS battery dies.
