Hi all, looking for some help on this set dont have a sams on it. got it to come up one time and now it only blinks 2 or 3 time and then shut down. could this be the regulator or is there something else causing this problem. thanks in advance.

Sounds like IHVT to me, If hor out transistor is not shorted take the collector of it loose & scope the base of hor out transistor, If wave form good replace IHVT C Grob
