I look forward the information/code about real-time filesystem (FAT/VFAT)
based on ARM platform for multimedia application.

What do you mean by a real-time filesystem  ?

Linux comes with a lot of files systems. Using file systems in Linux is
as much hard real time (guaranteed meeting deadlines) as Linux by
itself: not at all.
