Xilinx ISE 6.1 problem

When I copy something twice, in HDL Bencher, or when i copy once then close the Bencher, the HDL Bencher crash. and pop-up the following message:

Then, after I press OK:

The instruction at "0x73dd1351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".
