Hallo, which is the best way to sum 8 datas stored into a block ram?

Many Thanks Marco Toschi

Accumulator. Adder with output register connected back to one adder input, block RA< connected to other input.

  1. Clear register

  1. Step through block RAM addresses and clock accumulator register at end of each address cycle.

  2. After n cycles (8?) result is in output of accumulator.
