can someone tell me what these pins do?
I'm trying to build a module with system ace on board, and trying to program the Virtex4 using the JTAG connections (tck, tdo, tdi, tms). can i live without PROG_B and INIT?
I'm not an expert, i'm just trying to build something that works.
