I have installed an old release of ISE (4.2 sp3) on a SMP sparc32 workstation. But, when I try to load a project, I always receive : "no device data files etc.". I have verified that all reduired data files are installed (spartan2e and virtex2 in my case). The XILINX environment variable is set. Any idea ?
