Fatal error mappin 2v1000 in ISE 6.2

hi!



does anybody know how to handle this error?



it occurred when implementing a design in a 2v1000 -5 with ise 6.2.01i:

There is no immediate method to evaluate the root cause for a possible workaround. You should open a Hotline case for this problem.
