I purchased Spartan3E starter kit (for edu.) It is shipped with ISE8.1 and EDK8.1
Is 8.2 (with last patches) better than 8.1 (with last patches) ?
Is there a way to use EDK8.1 (only a CD in box) with ISE 8.2 (webpack freely available) ?
Is it possible to download an other evaluation version of EDK (8.2 in place of 8.1) ?
