ATA FPGA IP Core

We would like to interface a DSP, TMS320C67xx, to an ATA-5 harddisk directly. It must run in DMA mode (instead of PIO). Is it possible? Does anybody sell FPGA IP Core that can handle this task?

Nuvation has ATA-4 and ATA-5 cores for Xilinx and Altera targets.
