I need to rent a 32-bit 33MHz PCI Analyzer / Stimulator. I've tried many of the usual supects, but no luck so far.
Any idea where I might rent one (or alternatively, buy a used one cheap)?

Call them. Sometimes they can get stuff that they don't regularly offer.
