Hi, I have two of these old monsters and needless to say they have faults.
I'm hunting some uselfull service info, ie schematics of the analogue / digital board and parts cross references for the hp parts. The hp service manuals i have yield little info and only schematics for the PSU.
One scope will not trigger on ch 2 and produces an interpolator fault. Ch2 displays fine
The other fails the ch2 rt/rr tests - does display ch2 but the offset is incorrect. I have to manually offset by 1/2 scale to see the waveform. could be a cal issue?
They seem to me to be related faults, as the interpolator and the offsets are ( i think) related in circuitry. perhaps a common type of fault with these?
Can anyone help?
