The auction is over . no bids If anyone is interested please let me know.
Its a BERT system for T1 and T3. I'm suprised there were no bids, but I guess carriers are more likely to buy new stuff.
I recognize f1 and f3 as T1 and T3 bit rate. Whats f2?
