I have tried four home/office APC units and all of them fail within a = year, sometimes after just a few months.=20 I went with APC because I thought, for some reason, they were supposed = to be good.=20 Perhaps only their enterprise units are good, I don't know.

I stopped using UPSs when I realized they failed more often than my utility power.
I had a APC fail. Asked (APC) for help. They refused to give info. Replaced all APC units with Tripp Lite. No failures so far. Warren
