It seems that there is no lowercase, uppercase in USB HID keyboard report, am I right?
so, when I press 'b', it is the same descriptor when I press 'B' ?

Does your keyboard have separate 'b' and 'B' keys? Mine does not.
'B' is seen by the operating system as "shift key down", "b key down", "b key up", "shift key up".
