It is my first time working on USB. I don't understand the USb stack clearly; can you explain me the relation between HID, OHCI and Chapter 9?

That is a very broad question. I'd suggest that you get hold of Jan Axelson's book "USB Complete". There are also various useful guides scattered around for example
