How to share BSCAN (picoblaze and debug from microblaze) on a spartan 3e Starter kit

Hello,

I would like to share a BSCAN between picoblaze and debug from microblaze (mdm) on a spartan 3e Starter kit. Picoblaze is used in a custom IP. Any idea?
