Here's a free tip for you: hire somebody who can write a sentence with proper English grammar and punctuation. (There are actual rules about where one uses commas -- one doesn't just throw them into sentences at random.)

Technically a comma really doesn't have much of anything to do with a "pause" in the oral delivery of the sentence: it's an "operator" that's used in specific situations with specific "operands" to construct larger syntactic elements from smaller ones (if you want to think of it from a programming point of view).
